Jamie XX – Radio DJ set + Gil Scott-Heron remix

Jamie xx has been popping up everywhere these days, always coming out with the hottest remixes and dj sets. February 22nd he’ll be releasing “We’re New Here” which features 13 remixes of the original tracks off Gil Scott-Heron’s 2010 release “I’m New Here.”

Jamie xx also put together this mix for Benji B’s show on BBC Radio 1. Featuring tracks from James Blake, Beach House, Mount Kimbie, Cassie, and others, mixed in with some of Jamie’s new remixes + originals (including an absolutely perfect “Far Nearer“/”Pass This On” bootleg).
