The Weeknd: Six previously unreleased tracks
Remember when The Weeknd came out of nowhere and dropped House of Balloons, a mixtape full of hits, blew up and no one knew who he was and where he came from? Well it appears Abel Tesfaye had been involved with a different project called The Noise, and a few of his old tracks have surfaced the interwebs thanks to the fellas at KTT.
These tracks are good but they aren’t as great as the tracks on House of Balloons, except for the Drake demo, which shows his growth and how he has been strengthening his talents since then. No worries though, The Weeknd is releasing two more mixtapes this year, one in the Summer and the other in the Fall, titled Thursday and Echoes of Silence, and I’m sure they will be filled with hits and since Abel and Drake have been hanging out lately, I am hoping for some guest vox by Drizzy.
